Ingredients :
– For Dough :
1. Whole Wheat Flour ( Atta / Ata ) – 300gm
2. Salt to taste
3. Oil ( as required )
4. White Sesame seeds ( Dhala Rashi )
5. Chopped Coriander leaves ( Dhania patra )
– For Onion Stuffing :
1. Oil – 2 tbsp
2. Cumin seeds ( jeera ) – 1/4 tbsp
3. Onion ( Piaja ) – 4 medium
4. Grated Ginger ( Ada ) – 2 inch
5. Green Chilli ( Kancha lanka ) 2-3 or as required
6. Gram flour ( Besana ) – 4 tbsp
7. Turmeric powder ( haladi gunda ) – 1/2 tbsp
8. Kashmiri chilli powder ( lanka gunda ) – 1 tbsp
9. Coriander powder ( dhania gunda ) – 1 tbsp
10. Dry Fenugreek leaves ( Kasuri methi ) – 1 tbsp
11. Garam masala – 1/4 tbsp
12. Chaat masala – 1/4 tbsp
13. Chopped Fresh Coriander leaves
14. Sugar ( Chini ) – 1/2 tbsp
